"Ghost Catchers Pte Ltd" Look Development and Texturing

I was assigned the task of developing a texture style for this project when I first entered for my internship, as the models, rigs and UV were already completed. They wanted something similar to a painterly style, but due to the constraints of time and budget, they asked me to find a more efficient and procedural way of doing it.

After figuring out the base workflow of the confirmed style, I proceeded to do it for the environments and props.
